01Public forms are limited
Public forms collect only initial qualification and contact information. Do not enter Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, banking information, passwords, tax-return details, or other confidential taxpayer information.
02Secure document exchange
After engagement acceptance, clients should receive access to an approved secure tax-practice portal. Ordinary email is not the approved channel for sensitive taxpayer documents.
03Access and handling
Our intended controls include role-based access, multi-factor authentication where supported, limited access, confidentiality procedures, controlled document handling, and written information-security procedures.
04Your role
Use strong unique passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, verify unusual requests, keep devices current, and contact our team through a known channel if you suspect unauthorized access or a fraudulent message.
